Payment Methods – Credit Card, Bank Transfer, and Cash

Animal View Safaris offers secure and convenient payment options for our clients. You can pay for your safari or travel services using Online Credit Card Payment, Bank or Wire Transfer, or Cash Payment at our office.

1. Online Credit Card Payment

We accept secure credit card payments through our trusted online payment partners Pesapal and Orient Bank Uganda Xpress Pay. Payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard, and American Express in US Dollars.

Our payment systems are encrypted to international security standards, protecting your personal and banking information. We do not store or access your credit card details. All transactions are processed by the payment gateway and your issuing bank in a secure environment.

3D-Secure Protection
Visa and MasterCard transactions are processed through a highly encrypted connection and stored on secure servers behind strong firewalls. This ensures that your identity and funds are protected from unauthorized use.

Steps to Make a Credit Card Payment

  1. Click the secure payment link we provide.

  2. Enter your name and payment amount.

  3. Fill in your credit card details.

  4. Follow your bank’s verification process.

  5. Upon authentication, your payment will be successfully completed.

2. Bank or Wire Transfer

You may also pay via bank or wire transfer in US Dollars. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you our bank account details.

  • Foreign electronic transfers typically take 2 to 3 working days to reflect in our account.

  • Please ensure you include any transfer fees charged by your bank to avoid underpayment.

3. Cash Payment at Our Office

If you have an outstanding balance when you arrive in Uganda, you can settle it in cash at our office. We will issue an official receipt for every cash payment received.
